Our story
Hello, we are Mark, Ann, Hannah, & Abigail Rohlfing from South Dakota.
Rohlfing’s Vizslas started in 1996 by Terry Rohlfing (Mark’s dad). Terry is still raising Vizslas (in Kansas) and has shared his love of the breed with our family. We are excited to serve you in the quest for a new puppy.
Mark grew up with Vizslas since the age of 10, when he began showing his dog Copper in 4-H and won many first place ribbons over the years following. Our current dogs, Rocky, Ruby, & Rixy have grown up with us on our acreage. Our Vizslas enjoy going for walks (or runs), snoozing on the deck, helping with livestock chores, playtime with kids, pheasant hunting, and occasionally finding a shed antler. They are an extremely versatile breed!
